I Help People Heal From Relationship Trauma So They Can Build The Most Fulfilling Life & Relationships Imaginable:

Although I enjoy working with clients in a wide variety of areas, my clinical expertise lies in the intricate connection between childhood attachment trauma and it’s consequential impact on our adult relationships. More specifically, I empower individuals to overcome the lasting impact of childhood family dynamics, and offer specialized therapy focused on healing from relationship trauma and fostering healthier adult relationships.

If you have a tendency to gravitate towards unhealthy, traumatic, or narcissistic relationship dynamics, if you are tired of feeling trapped in unhealthy relationship patterns, if you find yourself constantly seeking validation and approval from others, and unable to establish healthy boundaries - I am here to help you heal these relationship patterns so you can experience the most fulfilling relationships possible. Difficulties such as struggling with trust, feeling secure, fear of abandonment or rejection, hesitancy in opening up, and challenges in setting boundaries may impact your ability to foster positive relationships. Together we will untangle these deep-rooted patterns and help you build your most desirable life.

What Therapy With Me Looks Like:

Weekly therapy provides you with a consistent and reliable environment where you can dig deep into your thoughts and emotions, accessing the innermost layers of your being. Within our sessions, we will work together to develop a customized plan that perfectly aligns with your individual therapeutic needs. By dedicating this regular time to self-reflection, self-discovery, and personal growth, we ensure that you begin to feel better.

Informed by psychodynamic, behavioral, and neuroscience approaches, I will work with you by utilizing a highly effective interplay of Cognitive, Behavioral, and Somatic strategies. I see you as a whole person & when it comes to addressing your healing, I firmly believe in the power of identifying and targeting the root causes of your pain. By adopting a bottom-up approach, we will dive deep into the underlying contributors to your pain ~ including past experiences, family of origin dynamics, and body-held trauma ~ in order to release what you have been carrying and move forward.

My areas of specialization include relationship trauma, codependency, narcissistic abuse, attachment, emotional dysregulation, couples therapy/relationships, family of origin relationships, mind/body/gut connection, and addiction. Learn more about my speciality areas of work HERE.

About Me

Outside of being a therapist, I am a born and raised New Yorker who understands and respects the NYC hustle. Beyond that, I deeply understand and respect the need for self-care in this bustling city.

For me, therapy has been a life-shifting experience, along with other self-care practices I enjoy. I enjoy exercise, breath-work, grounding in nature, and spending time with animals. In my spare time, you can find me in the dog park with my rescue pup, Mabel, eating at new restaurants in NYC, practicing breathwork, and spending quality time with friends and family.

Additionally, breath work has changed my life. Through daily practice of coherent breathing I have worked toward healing my own gut-related illness. Throughout my breath-work journey, I have healed daily brain fog, exhaustion, sluggishness, and mood instability. I will incorporate mind-body, spiritual, meditative, and breath-work practices into our therapeutic work and share the most beneficial practices I’ve learned on my own healing journey.
